Ohio Computer Service gets pwnd

Ohio Computer ServiceThis week at the XHQ (Xponex Headquarters) its been a non-stop effort to hit the local computer service market. Day after day we tore through city pages like a tornado. BOOM Dayton Computer Service down, and then Toledo Computer Service, until even Lima couldn't hide from our overwhelming web force. It was a glorious achievement for the Xponex team. Another job well done.

So hopefully our partners in the Tech Army Organization can benefit from the team's awesome efforts.

Age of Conan, worth it?

Ive been hearing a lot of good things about Age of Conan and Ive been thinking about getting it. But I'm not totally convinced yet, considering it was just released Tuesday.

The graphics look stunning, some of the best I have seen on an MMO. I've also heard a lot about the PvP being pretty nice. The only thing that is really holding me back is the requirements to play it. My computer is a piece and I'm not feeling an upgrade coming on anytime soon.

Also, another game that requires a monthly fee makes me want to throw up. I realize that all MMOs require a monthly fee, which makes me want to forget about playing them altogether. I need to cancel and sell my WoW account. It has lost it's flare for me and I'm completely bored with it.

I'm still psyched for EQC which recently went into Alpha testing, it still seems a far way off though. It will be free which makes me happy. The nostalgia is whats got me excited though, I really want to relive that experience.

I guess Team Fortress and Counter-Strike will have to hold me over until EQC comes out or I get a better computer (I could live with either :])

Team Fortress 2 is a Blast

Last Weekend I was on Steam just browsing their news when I noticed that they were letting people play Team Fortress 2 for free over the weekend. I was bored and decided to check it out because I know Valve makes some good games.

My first impression was that this game was a interesting combination of other game concepts all rolled into one. I thought the game resembled Unreal Tournament and Counter-Strike with an RPG-twist all done in graphics that look like the movie The Incredibles. I was impressed by the different classes that you could play. I especially thought that the medic was a cool concept where you can run around healing your injured teammates.

Needless to say, I spent many hours playing the game and decided to purchase it. I think that my favorite classes would have to be the Soldier and Medic, but the Spy and Engineer are always fun.

If you have not played TF2, I highly recommend it.
